  • Processing time: The customer service team will verify the problem and contact you within 3 working days after receiving complete information to confirm the specific arrangements for return and exchange.
  • Return and exchange method: Depending on the nature of the problem, you may be asked to return the problematic drug. The return postage will be reimbursed after the quality problem is confirmed.

Refund and exchange arrangements:

  • If the return is confirmed, we will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned drug, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
  • If the exchange is confirmed, we will re-ship within 7 working days after confirmation.
